COVID 19 Lessons Being Learned

Executive Visions - 8:40 am - 9:30 am

For years experts predicted a flu-related pandemic that would surpass the influenza pandemic of 1918, which killed more people than the Great War (WW1). We are all experiencing a pandemic crisis this year. We have needed to fast tract tele medicine projects and are witnessing an increase in malware campaigns directed at healthcare sites, including the U.S. Health and Human Services Department, which suffered an attack on its computer system. We are the lessons being learned and need processes in place to improve stakeholder satisfaction.

  1. Calculating ROI on Technology
  2. Rapid deployment
  3. Cybersecurity challenges
